Dan Glickman was the Clinton Administration's Secretary of Agriculture. Dan Glickman established policy on everything from nutrition to food safety to environmental protection as the secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture and a member of President Bill Clinton's cabinet. Glickman is presently a partner with a public law and policy firm in Washington, D.C.
