Before joining the OECD in 1999 Ken was the Director General, Economic and Policy Analysis at Agriculture and Agri-food Canada. Ken's early work experience was in the private sector, and since 1978 he has worked at various levels of government in Canada and internationally. Ken has Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees.
