Kelly McGinnis Biography

Kelly McGinnis is LS&Co's senior vice president and chief communications officer. She is in charge of developing the company's corporate affairs strategy as well as managing stakeholder relations. She leads a global team responsible for media relations, internal communications, government affairs, consumer relations, community relations, and the LS&Co. archives. She is also a member of the company's global leadership team, which determines LS&Co's global direction. Kelly is a seasoned communications executive with over twenty years of experience. Throughout her career, she has led teams on a variety of accounts in the consumer goods, apparel, technology, and financial industries, both in-house and at agencies. Kelly joined LS&Co. in August 2013 after serving as Dell's vice president of global communications. Prior to Dell, she held executive positions at agencies such as AxiCom, U.S. (now part of Y&R Brands), Fleishman-Hillard, and Shandwick International. Kelly graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
