Keith Henry Biography

Keith Henry is Teradata's Global Industry Marketing Manager for the Manufacturing sector. This includes companies in the Consumer Products, High Technology, Oil and Gas, and Automotive/Industrial sectors. His team develops marketing strategies and supervises the development of solution offers for Field Sales and Industry Consultants. Over the last six years, he has collaborated with System Integrators, large ISVs, and customers to develop solutions and reusable assets that can be used across manufacturing organisations to provide business value. Keith worked for the Coca-Cola System for 18 years before joining Teradata. He served on the Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) Information Technology Senior Leadership Team for ten years. CCE was a $17 billion operation that covered North America and Western Europe prior to its acquisition by Coca-Cola. Keith held a variety of positions at CCE, including Corporate Director, IT Business Solutions. He was most recently the Technology Leader for Customer Business Solutions, a Coca-Cola System-wide initiative to provide information and processes to the Coca-Cola System's largest shared national customers. This initiative created an enterprise data warehouse (with enterprise portal access) for the Coca-Cola Company and the 75 independent Coca-Cola organisations that create and distribute beverage products.
Keith previously worked at The Coca-Cola Company in a variety of technology roles, primarily managing all IT services for North American Sales and Marketing. From 1992 to 1995, he was a member of Coke's original Wal-Mart Account Team as part of his responsibilities. He was also the primary technical consultant for Coke North America's largest retail customers, and he oversaw technology initiatives for Coke USA's Marketing department. Keith has led numerous large enterprise application projects, such as SAP implementations, mobile technology, enterprise data warehousing, sales reporting, and enterprise portals. He specialises in "Big Data Analytics" and is well-versed in major BI and statistical processing tools. He has extensive knowledge of CPG and Retail business processes such as DDSN, Demand Planning, Category Management, Pricing Optimization, Trade Funds Management, Data Synchronization, as well as other CPG electronic commerce initiatives. Keith served on the Retail Industry Leaders Council (RILA) and the Teradata Manufacturing Board members. He has spoken at multiple conferences on these topics, along with Consumer Goods Technology, Teradata Universe, Logicon, Gartner BI Europe, the Grocery Manufacturing Affiliation, The Manufacturing Leadership Summit, and the AMR Supply Chain conference, in addition to leading Industry Week webinars.
