KC Hardin Biography

KC Hardin is co-founder and CEO of Conservatorio a real estate development company dedicated to sustainable revitalization of urban cores in Latin America driven by a vision for culturally and economically vibrant historic cores that retain character and social diversity. Hardin is also co-founder of Esperanza San Felipe a gang-reintegration program that was a 2016 McNulty Prize laureate a research affiliate and Mel King fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Central American Leadership Initiative. He was previously a corporate lawyer with Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison in New York and Tokyo focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Hardin graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1998 and from the University of Miami in 1994 with majors in Motion Pictures and Political Science.
