She was the senior vice president of marketing at Mcdonald's Corporation from July 2002 until March 2006. Prior to joining McDonald's, Napier worked for Procter & Gamble, where she progressed through the ranks from assistant brand manager to vice president and general manager of the company's North American pharmaceutical business and corporate women's health platform throughout a 23-year career.
