What began as a community to address a deep personal need to feel a connection has evolved into her personal mission of making career and motherhood work more effectively together. Katya later became the Global Director of Sponsorships at Social Media Week, where she not only created custom partnership programmes, but also assisted in the programming of 5,000-person events at the intersection of culture and technology. Today, she tries to draw on those experiences to generate real experiences centred on personal growth, business, mentorship, and other topics. When she isn't working, she can be found rock climbing with her daughter, Liliana, or creating the perfect EDM Spotify playlist.
