At Capital One, Katya Andresen is the SVP Card Customer Experience Manager. She is in charge of card research and insights in the United States, as well as brand marketing, performance marketing, digital customer experience teams, and customer support operations. She was formerly the CEO of Cricket Media, a media and technology business focused on education, where she was in charge of all strategic, operational, financial, human resources, technology, product, content, marketing, and brand-building operations, as well as the company's joint venture in China.
