Katrina Jones is the Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Twitch. She is an accomplished HR executive and fierce champion for diversity equality and inclusion. Her career in HR and diversity and inclusion was born out of a desire to make our workplaces better and to be an advocate for employees.
She has served as an HR and diversity lead for companies like Vimeo Accenture Latham & Watkins and Year Up.Most recently at Vimeo she created their first ever diversity strategy and implemented key initiatives to disrupt bias and foster a more inclusive workplace.
