Katie Lee is a television food critic and chef who was born on September 14, 1981. Lee has worked as a TV restaurant critic for George Hirsch: Living It UP!, a PBS program on healthy living and cookery. Lee has experience working in a variety of restaurants as well as a luxury food and wine stores.
She assisted in the opening of Jeff and Eddy's Restaurant in 2003, where she worked as the house fishmonger. Lee and his partner Aleishall Girard founded the gourmet website OliveAndPeach.com in July 2005. In September 2006, the website was no longer updated. She was the inaugural host of Bravo's Top Chef in 2006.
