The Coca-Cola Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Kathy N. Waller. Waller was most recently Vice President, Finance and Controller, and is regarded as a highly recognized global head of the Finance Division. She began her career with the company in 1987 as a Senior Accountant in the Accounting Research Department, rising through the ranks to become Principal Accountant for the Northeast Europe/Africa Group, McDonald's Marketing Controller, Vice President, Chief of Internal Audit, and Vice President, Controller. Waller heads The Coca-Cola Company's Women's Leadership Council and helped establish the very successful Women in Leadership global program, in addition to her finance job. Waller is also a member of Catalyst, a major nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding opportunities for women and businesses. Waller worked for the business that is now known as Deloitte before joining The Coca-Cola Company. She is a Certified Public Accountant who earned her bachelor's and MBA degrees from the University of Rochester in New York.
