An Australian actress. For playing Hannah Baker in the 2017 Netflix series 13 Reasons Why she has been known. It is based on the novel of the same name. That which she received a Golden Globe Award nomination. In several small independent films in 2015, she first appeared. They include Misguided Imperfect Quadrant and Daughter.
In Daughter which debuted at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival, she portrayed the lead character Scarlett. She auditioned for Will a TV series in 2016 centered on the young life of William Shakespeare. This was after she declined the offer from WAAPA. The role she wanted was given to Olivia DeJonge.Over skype,Langford auditioned for the role in 13 Reasons Why.
