Kaala Souza Biography

Ka'ala Souza is the founder of Ka'ala Souza Training and Consulting, and one of his main goals is to help others achieve theirs. Ka'ala was born and raised in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, and offers a unique viewpoint to his work as the senior pastor of the church Hope Chapel Mana'olana. He has a background in marketing research and is the senior pastor of the church Hope Chapel Mana'olana. Since 1999, when he quit his position as a marketing researcher and program assessor at SMS Research in Honolulu, Kaala has made a career as a speaker, consultant, and trainer. With wings fluttering wildly, it was the classic launch from the nest. It was difficult for his wife and children to explain his new work to their acquaintances. Micah Souza, his youngest son, claims that his father "talks." Yes, he does. Quite a bit. He gives talks at businesses, schools, conferences, seminars, and even at his house (to his kids). Many of Hawaii's top 20 corporations, as well as not-for-profit groups, clubs, and organizations, such as Queens/Diagnostic Laboratory Services, HMSA, and the Kamehameha Schools, have worked with him. Leadership and management development, communication, team building, and customer service are among the areas where he consults and trains. He has the ability to connect with people from all walks of life, making them laugh, think, be motivated, and develop. Kaala is also actively involved in training with the cities and counties of Honolulu and Kauai, where he is trying to improve the public sector's Aloha culture. Surfing, standup paddling, fishing, and diving are some of his favorite outdoor activities with his family. In his garage gym, he works out with his wife and pals, completing (or attempting to do) incredibly tough Crossfit exercises, jujitsu, and kickboxing.
