Ka'ala Souza is the founder of Ka'ala Souza Training and Consulting, and one of his main goals is to help others achieve theirs. Ka'ala was born and raised in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, and offers a unique viewpoint to his work as the senior pastor of the church Hope Chapel Mana'olana.
He has a background in marketing research and is the senior pastor of the church Hope Chapel Mana'olana. Since 1999, when he quit his position as a marketing researcher and program assessor at SMS Research in Honolulu, Kaala has made a career as a speaker, consultant, and trainer. With wings fluttering wildly, it was the classic launch from the nest.
