Nordic Thunder's motto is "pain is temporary, but air guitar is forever." Justin Howard (AKA Nordic Thunder) is from the town of the ghost in Wyoming's square state. Wanting more from life than dirt roads and cow shit, he relocated to Chicago to pursue a career as a professional air guitarist.
Nordic debuted on the competitive stage for the first time in 2006, after recovering from an air guitar-related knee injury that necessitated surgery. Nordic went to the top of the intense competition that summer night in Chicago five years ago, fueled by Thunder, to win his 1st regional competition.
