Juan-Carlos Cruz is a famous chef and former presenter of the Food Network shows Calorie Commando and Weighing In (previously named Take It Off). He began his career as a pastry sous-chef at the Hotel Bel-Air in 1996. He produced pastries for celebrities like Jack Nicholson, Oprah Winfrey, and Julia Roberts while at the Bel Air.
