Josh Voorhees is a senior writer at Slate magazine where he covers public policy politics and current affairs. Previously he ran the site's news blog The Slatest. Prior to joining the site he reported on energy policy and politics for Politico and Greenwire. Before that he covered courts and crime for a small South Carolina daily.
His work has also been published by the New York Times and Scientific American and he has been featured as a guest on public radio in the United States and abroad.
