Chef Jose Enrique Born in Santurce Puerto Rico graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in New York. After working in New York Florida and Louisiana Jose Enrique returned to Puerto Rico to open the restaurant Jose Enrique in 2007.
Its menu is prepared daily and works with natural and organic products focusing on fresh Puerto Rican produce letting the climate and ingredients direct the menu. His training has allowed him to apply a classical French technique with Puerto Rican cuisine. He then opened his second restaurant Capital a Brasserie with accents in creole cuisine.
