In the Culinary Center of Mexico (Ambrosa), he studied Administration and Culinary Arts. He joined Princess Cruises in 2004 and worked on tours all over the world.
When he returned, he decided to join the Pujol restaurant team and later became corporate chef of Grupo Habita, where he oversaw the kitchens of Hotel Condesa DF, Hotel Habita, as well as Hotel Distrito Capital. He was the head chef of Diana Restaurant at the St. Regis Hotel in 2010, a position he left to work at Noma (Copenhagen).
