John Raisian the Tad and Dianne Taube Director of the Hoover Institution and a senior individual expected his situation as chief in 1989. He is a financial expert who has represented considerable authority in labor market and human asset issues both broadly and universally.
He joined the Hoover Institution in 1986 as an individual filling in as partner executive during 1986–88 and delegate chief during 1988–89. He got his B.A. in financial aspects and science from Ohio University in 1971 and his Ph.D. in financial matters from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1978.
