Bilbrey has over thirty years of experience in consumer packaged goods and has been instrumental in the growth of some of the world's largest and most well-known brands.
He has extensive international experience, having worked in over fifty countries. Bilbrey has directed the North America business, the International business, and served as CEO at Hershey. Bilbrey decided to join Hershey in 2003, having previously held senior management positions at Mission Foods, Procter & Gamble and Danone Waters of North America.
