John W. Mendel is the senior vice president of American Honda Motor Company, Incorporated, where he oversees both the Honda and Acura Automobile Divisions. Mendel is in charge of the Honda and Acura Divisions' sales and marketing activities in the United States, as well as Acura Parts and Service field procedures.
In addition, he supervises Honda and Acura market recognition, client marketing, dealer business strategic planning, and product and marketing information. Mendel previously served as American Honda Motor Company, Incorporated's senior vice president, Automobile Operations, where he was in charge of production planning, marketing, advertising, public affairs, and allocation for both the Honda and Acura Automobile Divisions.
