Doctor John W. Hodge is the Chairman of the Urban Learning and Leadership Center (ULLC), a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving student achievement and closing the achievement gap. He has worked as a reading teacher, English professor, AVID professor, Vice Principal, and Assistant Professor of the Eastern Division of the AVID Center.
He was the Head of An Achievable Dream Academy, an inner-city school that evaluated many of the interventions being used by Urban Learning and Leadership Center.
