John Gaeta is a creator, inventor, and an Academy Award-winning originator most popular for his work on the Matrix Trilogy where he explored structure-bending developments, for example, "Slug Time", "Virtual Cinematography" and "Volumetric Capture" in the quest for imagining human, legend and god-like moments. Recent zones of exploration incorporate "Photograph Anime", "Nuvies" (Natural User Movies), "Holo Cinema", "Vivid Cinema", Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality. In 2015, John Gaeta helped to establish Lucasfilm's Immersive Entertainment division: ILMxLAB.
