John Barricelli's numerous long periods of expert cooking started at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY where he idealized culinary abilities passed on by his extraordinary granddad — the proprietor of an effective pastry shop in Brooklyn. John has worked at eateries, for example, The River Café in Brooklyn and the Four Seasons Restaurant in Manhattan.
Before that he possessed and worked Cousin John's Café and Bakery in New York City for a long time. In Spring 2005 John opened SoNo Baking Company and Café in South Norwalk Connecticut. John's heavenly pastries have been included on Martha Stewart Living Television and in the organization's magazines.
