For the past 4 years, Joseph V. Lazo has started working at some of New York City's most prestigious fitness centers, which include David Barton Gym & Complete Body, and has made a conscious effort to educate himself in a variety of disciplines in terms of developing the exercise his customers have come to rely on.
Lazo is currently certified in five areas: ACE, NCCPT, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Movement and Mobility, as well as CrossFit Kettlebell Trainer. While Lazo has perfected his craft, it has not always been his goal. Prior to joining the fitness industry, he worked as a model for A-list brands such as Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Y-3, as well as DSquared.
