Senior vice president of DuPont, James C. Collins, Jr. joined DuPont in 1984. His career started in DuPont Manufacturing where he held positions in supervision, business management and engineering at different plant sites. He is in charge of Performance Polymers and Packaging & Industrial Polymers businesses, Industrial Biosciences, and responsible for leading the company’s renewably sourced initiatives.
He then moved to Wilmington, Del., where he worked in Ag Sales & Marketing Group in 1993. Across the globe, he served many roles which supported the growth of DuPont’s agricultural businesses and integrated Pioneer Hi-Bred International and Protein Technologies International (PTI).
