Jillian Lagasse's skill and genuine love for food were evident from a young age. Acknowledging her natural talent in the kitchen, her father gave her a set of Chefs Whites and let her work in the Pastry and Dessert Department of one of his restaurants.
This led to her helping him on book tours, cooking events, and even collaborating with him on his recipe book "Emeril's Creole Christmas".Jillian decided to pursue another devotion in 2004, the same year she was diagnosed with Celiac disease, and moved to London, England, to attend a reputed make-up and airbrush artistry school.
