Jharrett Bryantt is the Assistant Superintendent in the Office of Strategy & Innovation for the Houston Indepdendent School District. In this role he is the youngest executive in the country's seventh-largest public school system. Bryantt works to improve the college access gap and help increase the number of low-income students going to four-year colleges.
To do this he has co-authored $22.5 million in grants. Previously Barrett worked in the Department of College Readiness for the Houston ISD and was also a geometry teacher. In 2019 he was named as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in education. He received his B.S.
