Jessica Harp is a former country artist and songwriter from Kansas City, Missouri. Between 2005 and 2007, Harp and Michelle Branch documented and executed as The Wreckers, a duo that surpassed the country charts with their Grammy-nominated single Leave the Pieces in 2006. Following the dissolution of The Wreckers, Harp launched a solo career on Warner Bros.
Records, the same label to which The Wreckers were approved. Boy Like Me, her solo second album single, launched in March 2009 as well as reached the Top 30 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in the United States. It was accompanied in March 2010 by her second album, A Woman Needs.
