Following the dissolution of The Wreckers, Harp launched a solo career on Warner Bros. Records, the same label to which The Wreckers were approved. Boy Like Me, her solo second album single, launched in March 2009 as well as reached the Top 30 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in the United States. It was accompanied in March 2010 by her second album, A Woman Needs.
