Jeremy Schwartz is a British business executive, author, and leadership speaker. Raised in North London, he studied metallurgy and materials science at the University of Sheffield and advanced production management at the University of Cambridge. He began at Boston Consulting Group, then held senior marketing and leadership roles at L’Oréal, Coca-Cola (helping co-create the concept behind Coke Zero), Sainsbury’s, News International, and others. As Chairman and CEO of The Body Shop (2013–2017), he revitalized the brand, launched the “Enrich Not Exploit” sustainability strategy, and oversaw its growth and eventual sale.
