Jeremy Britt's passion for the best did not assist with his weight issues. Although active in sports and specifically baseball the family tradition of heavy individuals continued with him. Graduation removed Jeremy from sports competition and his weight grew after beginning a corporate career in banking. In one year alone Jeremy gained approximately 80 pounds due to inactivity.
After the loss of his grandmother due to weight issues Jeremy realized it health change was urgent. An open casting call in Detroit led Jeremy to a life-changing situation NBCs Biggest Loser! He and other participants embarked on a 6 month weight-loss journey that resulted in Jeremys title of Season 13 Winner.
