Jennifer Weber, executive vice president, human resources, is in charge of the worldwide human resources strategy methods and operations that enable Lowe's to attract, inspire, develop, and retain great colleagues. She is also in charge of Lowe's public relations, corporate communications, community engagement, and event planning and execution. Jennifer began working at Lowe's in 2016.
Jennifer was formerly the executive vice president of external relations and strategic strategy at Duke Energy. She previously served as Duke Energy's chief human resources officer. She has over 25 years of expertise in human resource planning, compensation and benefits, leadership development, strategic communications, and change management. Jennifer is the president and head of the Lowe's Foundation.
