Jennifer Redmon joined Fidelity Investments in 2022 as VP, Intelligent Automation & Artificial Intelligence, where she leads the development of AI products supporting Workplace Investments (401(k), pension, etc.). Her first role in tech was 26 years ago as a UX Designer/Developer- before the term “data science” had been coined. Throughout her career, she created numerous enterprise-wide AI programs and practices. Prior to Fidelity, Jennifer served as Cisco Systems’ -and industry’s first- Chief Data & Analytics Evangelist, and led a team of over 100 volunteers to leverage AI for Suicide Prevention.
Jennifer’s work is published by organizations including Harvard, Forbes, Google and UCI. She has spoken at industry events hosted by organizations including the Economist, Duke University, Starbucks, Google, and ODSC.
