Jennie Lyn was reared in California by artists; both of her parents were musicians (her father was a member of the Hollywood Argyles). Jennie has always been a tomboy, excelling in skating, baseball, football, soccer, and, most significantly, woodworking as a youngster. The young lady discovered she had a talent for carpentry.
Jennie Lyn pursued her interest in woodworking and acting after high school while supporting herself by modeling. Her eventual choice to pursue acting led her to Los Angeles, where she performed in nightclubs.
