Jeni Brown has expertise in the delivery of TUPE strategies; restructuring/change management; implementation of performance management systems and coaching of people managers. CIPD accredited with a Diploma in ROI from Impact Measurement Centre. While working in IBEC undertook an IITD Certificate in Training and Development and completed a Diploma and Certificate in Employment Law both accredited by the National College of Ireland in addition to several professional development courses recent assignments include implementing a restructuring initiative and engaged in an interim role in a voluntary hospital in city centre. Additionally I have supported a number of other clients across technology telecoms and SME sectors. Other roles include: Group HR Manager with KTL group (KTL Threefold and Towercom) and from 2000-2006 with Irish Business and Employer Confederation [Ibec] in the role of HR Executive and Page 7 Media (2006-2007) as Senior HR Consultant. .
