Jeff Gibson Biography

Jeff brings over 15 years of consulting expertise to The Table Group as vice president of consulting, where he is responsible for overseeing our worldwide consulting group, as well as new business development and all areas of client support. Jeff delivers his passion, excitement, and contagious optimism for organizational health to every client he meets, whether he's working with a CEO and his or her leadership team, addressing hundreds of senior executives at a conference or workshop, or just counseling a client over the phone. Currently, Jeff works with CEOs and executive teams on a regular basis to help them rapidly and successfully apply the principles outlined in all of Pat Lencioni's books. His clientele come from a wide range of industries, including technology, finance, and health care. Southwest Airlines, HBK, Barclaycard US, Deloitte, The Weather Channel, Chick-fil-A, McGraw-Hill Financial, Rackspace, HCA Inc., Providence Health & Services, and many others are among the companies Jeff has worked with. Jeff has been essential in the creation and refining of The Table Group's initial methods and later publications published by Patrick Lencioni, in addition to his work with consulting clients and speaking engagements. Jeff worked for Deloitte & Touche in the Human Capital Advisory Services Group before joining The Table Group in 1999. Prior to that, he worked at Hughes Electronics in Los Angeles as a hardware design engineer. He graduated from the University of Washington with an MBA in management/organizational behavior.
