Bush. He obtained his education from Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, and earned a degree in Latin American affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. In 1980, Bush relocated to Florida and ventured into real estate development. He subsequently served as Florida's Secretary of Commerce from 1986 to 1988 before joining his father's triumphant campaign for the Presidency.
