Certification for Change Agents The Change Agent Certification is an intermediary skills development program that focuses on assisting Change Agents in developing their abilities in implementing Managed Change strategy, methods, and tactics. We utilize their combined experience by concentrating on their current projects because each participant will have already been implementing Managed Change in their everyday job. Prior to certification, candidates will be evaluated on their ability to use the fundamental Managed Change tools. Certification as a Master of Managed Change® The Master of Managed Change® Certification is the first of three Masters skills and competency development programs available to Practitioners of Managed ChangeTM whose jobs require them to: * Lead the organizational change management effort on major projects. * Coach others (Sponsors, Change Agents, and Change Targets) on effectively applying the Managed ChangeTM process on change initiatives. This difficult two-phased program allows the applicant to: * Take a deep dive into the reasoning and technique underlying the Managed ChangeTM process from the Coach's perspective. (Level I) * Demonstrate proficiency in implementing the Managed ChangeTM process, model, and tools on a large project. (Stage II).
