Jay Lyon was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on May 24, 1986. Along with his girlfriend Whitney Port, Jay is a celebrity on the famous reality program "The Hills." Lyon is also a Canadian archer.
Lyon competed in the 2004 World Junior Archery Championships, 2005 World Senior Archery Championships, 2007 World Senior Archery Championships, 2007 Pan-American Games, and many more competitions as a member of the Canadian National Archery Team.
