Jana Landon is an HBCU Outreach Specialist as part of the Google In Residence team. In this role she sends Google's engineers to historically black and Hispanic colleges and institutions to teach computer science. With this program there has been a 35% YOY increase in computer science course enrollment.
Landon also has helped hire over 500 underrepresented students into Google STEM internships. In 2019 Landon was named as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in education. Landon attended Dartmouth College.
