Jamie is the Vice President and Director of Public Programs at Aspen Institute, as well as the editor in chief of The Aspen Idea magazine. She is involved in a number of projects at the Institute, including the development of new public programming in New York and Washington, DC, as well as the preparation of the Aspen Ideas Festival in Colorado. She joined The Aspen Institute in 2003 after nearly six years in Aspen, Colorado, where she was managing editor of Aspen Magazine. She is a Cornell University graduate and a native of Washington, D.C.
