At the core of Jamestown Revival is a companionship that ranges longer than 10 years. Jonathan Clay and Zach Chance grew up together in the little Texas town of Magnolia. From early on, they shared adoration for music just as the outside. About an hour north of Magnolia TX, there was some old family land with a run-down farmhouse where they spent the better piece of their youth. At a certain point or another, music from Creedence Clearwater Revival and The Everly Brothers, to individual Texans Willie Nelson, Guy Clark, and Stevie Ray Vaughan thought that it was' away through an old pair of speakers that sat on the back yard. The pair went through the day investigating that thousand-section of the land plot of land, and when the sun went down they took to the records of the lyricists and groups that enlivened them. At 22 years old, they moved to Austin and started to create a sound. Profoundly established in amicability, they blended the hints of the South with exemplary American and Western stone. Searching for experience, just as a difference in speed, they, in the end, chose to travel west and take the action to Los Angeles, CA. Over the span of the following year, they composed what is Jamestown Revival's first full-length collection, UTAH. It's vigorously personal, recounting the accounts of their experiences, their distresses, and their perceptions. To encapsulate the music, the two found a log lodge high inside the Wasatch Mountains of Utah.
