James Rosseau has confronted and overcome major challenges. He lacked his father’s support acceptance and validation; tore his ACL crushing his football dreams; and did not make it into college as he had planned. But he had a good work ethic so he just kept going eventually returning to complete his Undergraduate and Graduate degree.
He discovered his passion for helping others and found success. During his twenty years in leadership in companies such as JPMorgan Chase Allstate and LegalShield James has created and guided high-performing teams through delivering double-digit growth mergers and acquisitions offshoring outsourcing startups and well over 300 partnerships.
