Since 1970, Chef Jack Fisher has worked in the food service sector. He's worked as an Executive Chef in some of the state's most exclusive country clubs, hotels, and resorts. Chef Jack was the Executive Chef of The American Club in Kohler, where he was in charge of the whole complex's food operations.
The American Club is the only AAA Five Diamond Resort in Wisconsin. Chef Jack's was founded in 1986 to address the tremendous demand for high-quality food that was not easily accessible in off-premise catering. Chef Jack's ability to work with any budget and concept has propelled him to the top of Milwaukee's favorite caterer's list.
