Ivan Krastev Biography

Ivan Krastev is the chairman of the Sofia-based Center for Liberal Strategies and a permanent fellow at the Vienna-based Institute for Human Sciences. He is a member of the European Council on Foreign Relations' founding team, the International Crisis Group's board of trustees, and a contributing opinion columnist for The New York Times. Mr. Krastev was named the Henry A. Kissinger Chair of Foreign Policy and International Relations at the Library of Congress's John W.
