Ian Harding Biography

Ian Harding is best known for his fan favorite role as ‘Ezra Fitz’ on the hit ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars.
Ian was born in Germany to an American military family and moved to Virginia where he discovered his passion for theater performance at Georgetown Prep. He continued to pursue his talent as he attended the prestigious performing arts school Carnegie Mellon University.
Ian made his acting debut in the 2009 film Adventureland as a wealthy prepster which starred Kristen Steward Ryan Reynolds and Jesse Eisenberg. Ian then landed a role that made him a household name with young women Ezra Fitz on ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars which is currently in it’s 6th season. The mid-season finale became the most tweeted TV telecast of the summer and no 2. most tweeted cable TV series episode on record – accumulating 1.6 million tweets. The tweets were seen by a Twitter TV audience of 6.2 million unique users and generated over 68 million twitter TV impressions according to Nielsen Twitter TV Ratings.
Ian recently starred in the indie feature Addiction; a 60’s Love Story while other notable credits include Love and other Drugs Deadtime Stories and NCIS: Los Angeles.
