The founder and Team Leader of Reach A Hand Uganda (RAHU) and a Women Deliver Young Leader (Class of 2013) is known as Humphrey Nabimanya. He is an advocate leader and change agent,in youth sexual and reproductive health and rights(SRHR). His youth-led organization RAHU empowers young people through livelihood and skills development Behavior Change Communication (BCC) SRHR and HIV/AIDS awareness.

RAHU has created campaigns projects and programs that appeal to young people while focusing on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) including health and wellbeing (SDG 3) quality education (SDG 4) and gender inequality (SDG 5).
