Howard H. Wiesenfeld is a long-time trader in merger arbitrage and event-driven situations. For the past ten years he has served as Portfolio Manager Arbitrage and Event-Driven strategies at Millennium Partners L.P. a $37 billion hedge fund headquartered in New York. Prior to joining Millennium Mr.
Wiesenfeld was co-Founder and Principal of DKR Ibex and research analyst on the Risk Arbitrage desk of Spear Leeds & Kellogg. Howard previously practiced law at Cravath Swaine & Moore.Mr. Wiesenfeld received his B.S. in Economics magna cum laude from the Wharton School M.B.A. under a full merit scholarship from New York University and J.D.
