Homaro Cantu is a future meal delivery system inventor and chef. He attended Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon, then worked at Charlie Trotter's in Chicago, where he progressed to the rank of Sous Chef. He focussed on the creation of his concept of an immersive design-based restaurant with a molecular gastronomy approach after leaving Charlie Trotter's.
Moto Restaurant combines cuisine, science, technology, and art to bring Cantu's thoughts and creations to life. Cantu has been dubbed "the most innovative guy in food since Ray Kroc" by Michael Eisner.
