Hiromichi Mizuno Biography

Hiromichi Mizuno is executive managing director and chief investment officer of Japan's Government Pension Investment Fund. Mizuno has served as an advisor to the Japanese Cabinet on health care and an executive advisor to the Hiroshima Innovation Platform. He has been a guest professor at the Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine and the Kindai University Global Economic Research Center and a visiting professor at the Kyoto University Center for Society-Academia Collaboration for Innovation. He has also been an advisor to Kyoto University's Center for iPS Cell Research and Applications as well as a senior fellow at the Tel Aviv University Graduate School of Management. Mizuno holds a B.A. from Osaka City University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
